Computer System Validation Analyst

Responsibilities
Under the hierarchical supervision of the Head of IT Department, the Computer System Validation Analyst is responsible for the procedures and documentation linked to the validation of the systems developed and maintained by the IT Department.
More specifically, he/she will:

• Ensure computer system validation (CSV) activities occurred in compliance with regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) via documentation review of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) deliverables.
• Review or create the validation plans, validation reports.
• Create and maintain the technical documentation.
• Develops, maintains and adapts the user requirements, user acceptance tests and user guides.
• Provide GCP, FDA, ICH, computer systems validation guidance to the development team.

Profile

• You already have a work experience in a similar function (min. 2 years)
• Knowledge and experience of computer system validation procedures.
• Good understanding of governing regulations (FDA and EMA guidances, 21-CFR part 11, …)
• Knowledge of the clinical trial environment
• Basic knowledge of CDISC standards
• Knowledge of different CDMS is an asset
• Good writing skills
• Fluent in written and oral English + French or Dutch
• Good communication skills
• Diplomacy
• Team player but can work independently
